Mom's Beef Stroganoff 1/2 cup diced onion 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 tbls butter 1 lb ground round 2 tbls flour 1 tsp salt dash pepper 8 oz can mushrooms, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 cup sour cream Sauté onion in butter, add meat and brown. Add four, salt, pepper, mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Before ready to serve, stir in sour cream. Heat and serve on buttered noodles sprinkled with parsley.
