Mom's Chili Brown 1 to 1 1/2 lb ground beef in 2 tbls fat. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cup diced onion, 1 cup green pepper diced and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. When meat is brown, skim grease off and add: 2 pints tomatoes, canned, drained and chopped 1 tbls and 1 tsp chili powder 1 can tomato sauce 2 tsp salt 1 tbls sugar 1 tbls Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp crushed cumin seed heaping 1/8 tsp ground coriander Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour. Add 3 regular size cans of red beans, drained. Simmer 1 hour.
