Mom's Chicken Rosemary Pan fry in butter 8 chicken breast halves which have been boned and skinned until lightly browned. Add salt and pepper. Remove chicken to baking dish. Add 1 lb washed and sliced fresh mushrooms to pan drippings and sauté until brown mushroom juice is almost evaporated. Add 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup sherry. Boil slightly. Add pinch of crushed rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over chicken and bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Bake uncovered 1/2 - 1 hours until liquid is cooked down.
