23 October 1999 Well, I think everybody had a good time. At least I know Dr. Shred did. Thanks to everyone for coming. Don and his wife and kid, Jim and his wife and kids, Sluggo and the Kenstro.

Great set of vidoes:

the Isle of Wight rock festival, complete with the chaos of the gate crashers, Chris Kristoferson leaving the stage, Joanie Mitchell's emotional appear for calm, great sets by the Who, Free, Jethro Tull, Emerson, Lake and Palmer and the immortal Jimi. This event was the culmination of the the 60's in all of its glorious contradictions.
Cream: Two hunks and a geek. And what a geek he was (and a drummer). Ginger Baker looks like he took one too many acid trips. But the archival footage proves this to be one of the all time great rock bands. A little know fact that most of the early rock drummer's had jazz backgrounds. It lends insight into the rich variety of music from Cream as well as the Stones, Beatles and Who. Do we see that kind of diversity today? Don't think so.
Ready Steady Go: From the British T.V. show, The Beatles, Dusty Springfield, Lulu, The Animals, Bobby Fury, The Stones, The Dave Clark Five et al. A fun bit of nostalgia for those who wish to see how far we've come and not.

Good friends, good food, good media. What could be better?
